Refund & Returns

Because our products are handmade in small batches and many are personal care items, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos if applicable

We will review the situation and, when appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.


Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used items
  • Personal care products
  • Items purchased on clearance or sale

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.


Additional Notes

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers
  • Results from herbal and body care products may vary and are not guaranteed
